Images have to be uncompressed JPG files (72dpi), otherwise the result will be blurry. The picture on the right may be good for the web, but take a closer look and you can see how it would actually print.
The size for background images has to be 1125 x 675 pixels (that is 3.75 x 2.25 inches at 300ppi). Before uploading, change the resolution to 72ppi, but without resampling. See the Photoshop screen shot below:

Computer monitors and printers (or any other printing method) typically use two different color processes to reproduce color. Computer monitors use RGB to display color. RBG stands for Red, Green and Blue. We use CMYK process colors for printing your card. CMYK stands for Cyan, Magenta, Yellow and Black.
Most colors convert reasonably well from RGB to CMYK. But there are, unfortunately, many colors that do not convert well. For example, RGB blue will print purple, RGB yellow will most likely turn greenish.
The best example for that is RGB blue. Your computer will convert RGB blue into a combination of 99.6% Cyan and 95.7 Magenta. That's purple, and that's how it will print on the press.
